Menus are posted on our site for you to preplan your weeks. Choose a day to see our selection for the week. Our weekly menu will have 5 different meals.

Our meals are delivered every Monday. Once your meals are processed we will send you an email with a two hour window of when to expect your order. *Check our menu for special holiday menus with different delivery days.

For Microwave: Pop lid of container but leave slightly covered, place in microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes. If needed, heat on 30- second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Enjoy! *Microwaves times may vary due to watts per unit. For Stovetop: Empty contents of container into a non stick sauce pan cover and stir occasionally until heated through, approximately 3-5 minutes. For Over: Preheat oven to 375 degrees and empty contents of container into a nonstick stove safe dish. Heat for 5-8 minutes until heated all the way through.

The Khaotic Kitchen offers a monthly subscription plan that help take the stress of cooking out of your busy life. To set up a subscription: 1. Set up your profile 2. Add your preferences (dislikes, allergens, and type of meal you would like) 3. Select how many days you would like meals. 4. Select your Delivery start date. 5. Choose your meals, or we can choose meals for you. Your subscription will be charged every 4 weeks. You are able to choose meals on your own before our cut-off time on Thursdays at midnight. Yes, we have a deadline. We have a handy cut-off timer on our homepage to help remind you how long you have to the next delivery day. Our cut-off time is set for Thursdays at midnight. Feel free to place your order anytime earlier in the week. No need to wait until the cut-off time is close. We will email you Sunday before your Monday delivery with a two-hour window of when to expect your meals. Once our drivers are on the road and deliver your meals, our driver will text you to let you know when your meal has been delivered.

When you are ready to check out. Select the cart that is the bottom right. 6. Review your order to make sure you have everything you need for a successful week. 7. Enter your personal information 8. Submit your order, and you will receive a email confirmation of your order. 9. Sit back and relax and enjoy our meals!

Yes. You can buy food just once. This makes it convenient for customers who want to try out the food or are purchasing it as a one time gift for someone else.

No. You do not need to purchase a subscription to order. Simply order from our Al la Carte menu for one time purchases.

Yes! We offer designated pick up locations with surrounding small businesses! We offer pickup on Mondays anytime after 10am at Samer Delgado Fitness located at 36 North Rd. Groton, CT 06340 and Dyr- CrossFit at 800 Flanders Rd., Mystic CT . Saturday 8:15am pick up at Fit Academy in Uncasville CT and 9am pickups at Sessions Wellness Studio in Griswold, CT.

We deliver all across Connecticut. We have different delivery fees depending on your zip code. If you find that your zip code is not being recognized please contact us via email: hello@khaotickitchen.com or Phone: 860.230.5534. We can add your zip code to our system.
